The Economic and Finnacial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested a former Delta State Governor. Ifeanyi Okowa over alleged diversion of public funds.
AFRIPOST reports that Okowa was the Vice Presidential candidate in the last presidential election under the Peoples Democractic Party, PDP.
