Not fewer than five boys have been announced dead after eating an alleged poisoned pepper soup in Edo State.
The incident happened in Auchi, Edo State, on Saturday, October 26.
According to an X user, @Khanstillday who posted the video, one of the victims’ ex-girlfriend who wanted to get back at him for ending their relationship, gave him the pepper soup.
The post noted that the other four friends joined in eating the pepper soup and all passed away.
The post added that the suspect, identified simply as Peculiar has been arrested.
In the video observed by AFRIPOST, the dead boys were seen with policemen surveying the environment.
Meanwhile, a picture and video of the lady who allegedly poisoned the soup has surfaced online.
