Blackout: KadunaElectric apologizes for outage, confirms billing for early October usage

Following an unexpected outage that began on October 20, KadunaElectric has issued an apology and clarified billing details for affected customers.

The company noted that while services were disrupted, customers are still required to pay for electricity consumed from October 1 to October 19.

According to the company, new bills, set to be issued in November, will reflect usage from the beginning of October up until the outage.

The electricity company thanked customers for their patience and cooperation during the disruption and encouraged anyone with questions to reach out to customer care at local service centres or area offices.
