Police officers on stop-and-search duty at Agege Railway Police Station have arrested two young men, Kyari Idris, 20, and Abubakar Salisu, 18, after discovering a toy pistol concealed under the seat of their motorcycle.
The incident occurred when the officers stopped the duo for a routine search and found the toy weapon. Upon discovering the item, Idris and Salisu reportedly resisted arrest, forcing the officers to call for backup.
Both suspects were eventually taken into custody, and the police have launched an investigation into the matter to determine the motive behind their possession of the toy pistol.
