The Muslim Students’ Society of Nigeria (MSSN) B-Zone has disclosed that its mission is to address the various distractions, pressures and trials faced by youths of nowadays.
The society noted that it is poised to equip youths with the knowledge, faith, and resilience needed to thrive in all aspects of life.
MSSN B-Zone Amir, Dr Kolawole Moshood Adelaja made these declarations on Wednesday in Ibadan while addressing journalists at a press conference heralding the 114th Islamic vacation course.
Adelaja while addressing the journalists explained that the program has become a unique platform where Muslim youths are inspired, empowered, and enriched both spiritually and intellectually.
He maintained that the mission of the society is to address various distractions, pressures and trials faced by today’s youth while equipping them with the knowledge, faith, and resilience needed to thrive in all aspects of life.
He added that the program was established with a vision to foster the intellectual and spiritual growth of Muslim students and the larger Muslim community.
“It is a great honour to stand before you as we announce the 114th edition of the Islamic Vacation Course (IVC), a program that has for decades been a beacon of knowledge, spirituality, and community empowerment for Muslim youths across Nigeria.
“The IslEarly established in the early 1970s with a vision to foster the intellectual and spiritual growth of Muslim students and the larger Muslim community.
“This program has become a unique platform where Muslim youths are inspired, empowered, and enriched both spiritually and intellectually.
“Since its inception, the IVC has consistently provided a nurturing environment for thousands of Muslim youths to deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings, while also fostering personal development, leadership qualities, and a sense of social responsibility. 6
“Our mission is to address the various distractions, pressures, and trials faced by today’s youth while equipping them with the knowledge, faith, and resilience needed to thrive in all aspects of life”.
