A man who graduated from the polytechnic at the age of 52 has said everybody should be encouraged to go to school at any age.
While being interviewed during his graduation ceremony on his feelings, the highly excited graduate who bagged a HND, a degree equivalent in Nigeria said:
“I’m very very excited. You know today, I graduated, I wrote my last paper. And today is my birthday. I’m 52. I got my HND at the age of 52. Nobody should feel as if they cannot go to school.”
The excited man danced continuously in celebration.
