A renowned Activist, Aisha Yusuf, has overtly declared that there is no President In Nigeria, describing the nation’s judiciary as a joke.
Aisha stated this during Podcast anchored by a Broadcast Presenter at Channels TV, Seun Okinbaloye and posted on X a few hours ago.
In a one-minute and eleven seconds clip obtained by AFRIPOST, Aisha apparently expressed her displeasure with the prevailing hardship in the country, audaciously declaring that “there is no President in Nigeria”.
The Activist who confessed not to have voted for former Presidents Goodluck Jonathan and Muhammadu Buhari, said she voted for Nuhu Ribadu, a former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Revoking her firm support for Ribadu, Aisha also noted that should the former contest the Councillorship seat, she won’t vote for him.
Aisha’s decision not to support Ribadu may not be unconnected with Ribadu’s appointment by President Bola Tinubu as the National Security Adviser, suggestively, a rationale behind the withdrawal of support by Yusf.
She said, “I Aisha Yusuf, and I say it without mincing words, I know put water for my mouth, there is no President in Nigeria. Nigeria Judiciary is a Joke, because a good number of Judicial Official have been captured, they have been oppressed and suppressed.
“When we talk about subsidy removal, Peter Obi did say he’s going to remove subsidy by 50% and he never said he was going to come out to make a reckless statement without anything in place.
“I didn’t vote for Buhari in 2011, I didn’t vote for Jonathan 2011, I voted for Nuhu Ribadu and today as I speak to you, if Nuhu Ribadu is running for Councillor I will not vote for him.
When asked that some believed Peter Obi could be a Deputy to Rabiu Kwankwaso, Aisha only chuckled.
