Rivers state is currently in a state of fear and tension as suspected yet-to-be-identified arsonists have set the council Secretariat of Eleme local government area ablaze.
This sad development is coming hours after the Inspector General of Police, IGP directed his men to vacate the 23 local government area Secretariats of Rivers State, Afripost had reported.
