KellyRae has emerged winner of the Big Brother Naija season 9.
The 3-month reality show tagged “No Loose Guard,” came to a close on Sunday after an intense battle for the prize.
Only eight housemates made it to the final day of the show but it was Onyeka, Wanni and Kelly Rae that made the last three.
Sooj was the first housemate who left the house after the show host commenced the final eviction. This was followed by Anita, Ozee, Nelly, and Onyeka.
Having won the prize, KellyRae now leaves the house with N60m prize and an Innoson SUV vehicle worth N40m.
The Big Brother grand finale also witnessed electrifying performances by Joeboy and Qing Madi.
The season 9 edition of the Big Brother Naija has been widely adjudged the poorest of all editions as some of the show patrons lost interest due to the nationwide hardship and bad economy.
KellyRae went to the show with his newly married wife, Kassia. Kassia was, however, evicted after Big Brother broke the pair ties and ordered all housemates to carry their own cross. KellyRae lost her woman from the show towards the last weeks of the show.
The Big Brother winner, later disclosed to the housemates that he and Kassia were legally married, a secret they had kept since inception of the show.
