Reacting to the rivalry between the Nigerian super stars, Wizkid and Davido, controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has urged both not to use fight in promoting their songs.
On his Instagram story, the singer claimed his colleagues are using their beef to remain relevant in the music industry.
According to him, the duo’s music is no longer marketable; hence, they resolved to use beef for promotion.
He wrote: “Don’t use your brother to shine, shine yourself. Una songs no dey market again, na fight una dey use do promotion.
“Let’s forget fake promotions, I get hit songs. Portable is bigger than them. Who is big is big…
Portable also added, saying he is not with either of them in the ongoing social media war.
“Me, I no dey for Davido. Me, I no dey for Wizkid. I dey for myself. That’s why I dey for those who dey for me’’, he said.
AFRIPOST had reported on Wednesday, how Wizkid dragged Davido, including his family on X.
Responding to a video posted online by a fan, Wizkid referred to Davido as his fanboy, who looks for him everywhere.
In another comment on X, the singer mocked the DMW’s boss and his family, saying, “When u see people wey dem papa and family train u go know! U don’t see my uncle dancing online!” Wizkid wrote.
Despite the dragging, Davido is yet to respond.
