After a successful conduct of the Edo governorship election, the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the, All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo winner of the Saturday’s Edo State Governorship Election.
Returning Officer, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, officially announced Okpebholo winner of the election.
The APC won eleven LGAs out of the 18 LGAs in the state and was followed closely by the PDP that won 7 of the 18 LGAs.
