Benue APC announces results of screening, sets up another committee

The All Progressives Congress, Benue State Chapter has released results of its screening exercise on all chairmanship and councillorship aspirants.

Similarly, the party has set up a 7-man screening/ primary election appeal committee to look into all genuine complaints arising from the screening exercise, as well as the direct primary election holding today across the 276 wards of the state today.

The committee has the following credible personalities:

1. Hon. Barr. Moses Atagher- Chairman

2. Prof. Eugene Aliegba – Member

3. Prof. Daniel Amine – Member

4. Barr. Peter Ocheijele- Member

5. Hon. Smith Takema Akôm Smith – Member

6. Barr. Charles Abee- Member

7. Hon. Peter Egbodo- Secretary

All aspirants are enjoined to check their screening report on the party’s notice board at No. 75 JS Tarka Way, Makurdi and raise observations where necessary.

Members of the broom party in the state are advised to come out in their numbers to nominate candidates of their choice.
