The Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgment in the appeal by Aisha Dahiru aka Binani, the All Progressives Congress, APC governorship candidate in Adamawa State against the state governor, Ahmadu Fintiri.
The state election petition tribunal and the Court of Appeal had dismissed Binani’s petition challenging the victory of Finitiri in the governorship election.
After listening to the arguments of parties involved in the matter, the five-member panel led by John Okoro adjourned the matter for judgment.
