The Super Eagles of Nigeria knocked out Cameroon in their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16 clash.
Nigeria, in the match on Saturday, defeated Cameroon with 2:0.
The first half of the match ended in the Eagles’ favor with Ademola Lookman giving the team a first goal.
The Super Eagles in the second half, celebrated again as Lookman scored another goal almost at the last minute before the extra time (10 minutes).
Jose Peseiro’s men will now face Angola in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Earlier in the day, Angola thrashed Namibia 2-0 in their last-16 clash.
