The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved judgment on the appeal by the Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang.
The ruling, led by Justice Elphreda Williams-Dawodu of the Court of Appeal had declared Nentawe Goshwe of the All Progressives Congress the winner of the March 18 governorship election in the state.
The appeal court also directed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to withdraw the certificate of return issued to Mutfwang and issue a fresh one to Goshwe.
