The Oyo State chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), has congratulated the newly elected President of the Association, Comrade Aisha Ibrahim, on her victory in the just concluded election.
This is just as it congratulated the newly elected Vice President B Zone, Adeola Adekunle and Zonal Secretary Adeola Adewole, on their election.
Oyo NAWOJ in a statement by its Chairperson, Jadesola Ajibola, while describing the emergence of Comrade Aisha Ibrahim, as a new dawn for NAWOJ that is expected to impact all, similarly congratulated all women journalists in the country for a successful Triennial Delegates Conference.
The statement read, “We the Executive members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, Oyo State Chapter congratulates President Aisha Ibrahim for emerging winner in the just concluded election.
