Three additional suspects of the October lethal bank robbery at Otukpo in Benue State, have been arrested by a combined team of the State Police and Vigilante groups.
The military and police in Otukpo had earlier arrested four suspects bringing the number of suspects in their custody to seven.
AFRIPOST reports that armed robbers, over 15 in number had attacked four financial institutions in Otukpo in October.
The reports said that over 15 persons, including three police personnel were massacred during the incident.
The suspects were arrested on Tuesday by a joint security operation involving the Inspector General of Police Response Team, IGP/RT in Katsina-Ala of Beñue State.
When contacted, SP, Catherine Anene, the Benue Police Command Spokesperson, said she has no information about the arrest of the suspected hoodlums yet.
