The Appeal Court has fixed a date for hearing the appeal of the Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule.
The Court fixed November 15 in hearing the appeal brought forward by the governor.
Sule is challenging the split decision of the governorship election petition tribunal, which had favoured David Ombugadu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, and ousting him from office.
Nasiru Alhassan, the Electronic Desk Officer of the Court of Appeal, issued a notice to the concerned parties confirming the set date for the hearing. The proceedings are scheduled to commence at 9 am at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.
