The 7-man Supreme Court judges have said the fresh evidence brought by Atiku Abubakar against Bola Tinubu cannot be admitted.
According to the Supreme Court in a judgement read by Justice John Okoro, the appeal filed must be in line with the subject of the matter right from the tribunal court.
The court ruled that the application was refused and hereby dismissed.
