An Abuja Court of Appeal has sacked the Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Ishaku Abbo.
Abbo, a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC was elected in February 2023.
Channels TV reports that the court ruled in favour of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Amos Yohanna.
Abbo is a controversial senator who was involved in an alleged assault of a lady in a sex-toy shop in Abuja.
