Missing human intestine causes controversy at LASUTH as victim dies

Adebola Akin-Bright, the 12-year-old boy from Lagos State with a reported missing intestine, has sadly died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH).

His mother, Abiodun Deborah, shared this devastating news during a phone conversation with a news agency on Tuesday, 20th September.

AFRIPOST recalls that the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu visited the boy at the LASUTH, and offered to pay his bills.

The Governor paid the visit after the boy’s mother called his attention and pleaded with him to investigate the disappearance of her son’s small intestine, which occurred during his treatment in LASUTH.

The hospital management denied the allegation, but the Lagos State House of Assembly has stated that anyone found guilty would face prosecution.
