In an effort to sanitize digital money lending sector, the Federal Government has delisted 28 illegal digital money-lending apps.
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) disclosed this in its latest report on approved digital money lender apps.
The Commission said 54 DML apps are under its watchlist.
Daily Post says the development comes on the heels of efforts by the Commission to end the harassment of Nigerians by the lenders.
In July and August, the FCCPC also had illegal digital money-lending apps.
