The Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Makurdi has just dismissed the petition brought before it by APC Senatorial candidate for Benue South, Comrade Daniel Onjeh against the sitting senator, Abba Moro.
Reacting to the ruling, Onjeh in terse statement said:
“The Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Makurdi has just dismissed my petition on a misconceived ground.
“For us, it’s a familiar terrain; we’ve gone through it several times in the last 12 tortuous years and we’re not deterred.
“Our legal team will study the judgment and advise on our available options.
“However, we give thanks to God in every situation. I equally wish to thank you for your unflinching support and prayers always. May God bless you.”
