Neymar is bent on leaving PSG before the end of the summer transfer window and it has been rumoured that Chelsea, Barcelona and Manchester City have interest in the player.
According to the Guardian is now Chelsea insiders have dismissed suggestions that the Blues will make an attempt to sign Neymar this summer.
Paris Saint-Germain have placed at least £60million to be paid by any club interested in Neymar.
