The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has fixed the minimum cut off point for admission into universities in Nigeria at 140.
The Board also announced that the cut off marks for Polytechnic admission should remain at 100 points. It also pegged Colleges of Education at 100 marks.
The decision was reached at the 2023 Policy Meeting on Admissions to Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria currently holding at the National Judicial Institute, Abuja.
