President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has urged the major oil marketers to work with the federal government to ensure regular and easy access to petroleum products in the country at the lowest possible price.
Tinubu also emphasized his administration’s total commitment to a competitive, stable and transparent oil market regime.
The President said this at a meeting with the representatives of major oil marketers in Aso Rock on Wednesday.
Tinubu in his post on his verified Twitter handle @OfficialABAT on Thursday said, “At a meeting yesterday with representatives of major oil marketers’ associations, in the course of the discussions, I emphasized my administration’s total commitment to a competitive, stable and transparent oil market.
“I also challenged the marketers to work with the government to ensure regular supply and convenient access to fuel products across the country at the lowest possible price.”
