Must read

In a shocking revelation, Prophet Peter Obaseki, the General Overseer of Grace of Glory Church, has exposed Nigerian fraudsters who used his ministry’s name to deceive innocent individuals. The Prophet, in a press statement released in Benin City, expressed his disassociation from the fraudulent activities while shedding light on the situation. Additionally, he disclosed that one of the suspects had been apprehended in Auchi, Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, thanks to the efforts of security operatives.

Expressing concern over the matter, Prophet Obaseki urged the general public to exercise caution and vigilance regarding the activities of these con artists. He emphasized the importance of reporting any suspicious individuals to the appropriate authorities, ensuring that justice is served.

Prophet Obaseki recounted how security operatives from Washington DC and California in the United States of America contacted him approximately two years ago, alerting him that his ministry’s name was being exploited for fraudulent purposes. In response, immediate action was taken, involving collaboration with the Nigeria Police. Subsequently, a young man residing in the Auchi area of Edo State was apprehended by the Edo State Command.

Prophet PIA Obaseki Ministries, as clarified by the General Overseer, is not involved in any form of solicitation. The ministry is dedicated to charitable works, including an academic scholarship program for primary, secondary, and tertiary institution students, some of whom are studying abroad. Furthermore, the ministry operates a satellite television channel called More GraceTV, accessible via the My TV decoder. Thus, it is evident that the focus of Prophet PIA Obaseki Ministries extends beyond prophecy to actively serving the less privileged.

It is crucial to remain vigilant in the face of fraudulent schemes orchestrated by individuals exploiting the names of reputable institutions. The exposure of these scammers serves as a reminder of the need to protect ourselves and report suspicious activities promptly.
