Habeeb Okikiola, otherwise known as Portable has bee. Returned to the Nigerian Correctional Centre in Ilaro, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The controversial musician had been granted bail in the sum of N800,000 for the three charges against him, with two sureties in like sum.
Magistrate A.S. Soneye said the condition is that the two sureties must reside within the jurisdiction of the Ifo court and must also be land owners.
Shortly after the ruling, Portable was brought out by officers of the correctional centre and put in a prison vehicle to Ilaro.
Report claims the singer could not meet his bail conditions.
Portable had allegedly assaulted a policeman, resisted arrest and assaulted a follower.
