Suspected gunmen have launched an attack on a security checkpoint in Enugu State on Sunday, killing two police officers on duty in the area.
According to an online video, the gunmen launched the attack at a police checkpoint not too far from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, UNEC.
According to a source, the policemen, who were on stop and search, were not prepared for the attack.
In the video of the aftermath of the attack seen by AFRIPOST, two of the officers were left dead.
