Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Drambi Vandi has pleaded not guilty to the alleged murder of a Lagos-based lawyer, Mrs Omobolanle Raheem, on Christmas Day.
The Lagos State Government has arraigned ASP Vandi for the alleged killing of Mrs Omobolanle Raheem.
The State preferred a one-count charge of murder contrary to Section 223 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 against the defendant.
Vandi pleaded not guilty.
The Nation reports that the arraignment suffered about two hours delay for late arrival of Vandi’s counsel, Mr Adetokunbo Odutola.
