Rev. Fr Isaac Achi was burnt to death at the early hours of Sunday, January 15th 2023, when armed bandits attacked his parish house.
The incident happened in Kafin Koro, Paikoro Local Government Area of Niger State.
His assistant, Rev Fr Collins Omeh who managed to escape sustained injuries from gunshots and has been rushed to the hospital.
Until his gruesome murder, Fr Isaac was the parish priest of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kafin Koro, as well as the Dean of Kafin Koro Deanery in the Catholic Diocese of Minna.
He was also the chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Paikoro Local Government Area, Niger State.

The police are yet to react to the incident.
