Ibrahim Gusau has emerged the new president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Gusau who is the Zamfara Football Association (FA) chairman, defeated nine other contenders to win the election which took place in Benin City, Edo State capital, on Friday.
He defeated his closest challengers, Seyi Akinwunmi and Shehu Dikko after polling 22 votes. Seyi ans Dikko polled 12 and six votes respectively.
Gusau will now take over from Amaju Pinnick.
