The Chairman of Abakaliki rice Mill company, Comrade Obeji Linus Nkwuda has stated his achievement after his 100 days in office as the Executive Chairman of the company.
Comrade Obeji, disclose this information in an interview with Journalist in Abakaliki, the state capital, said his office was able to replace outdated seats which have been used since the inception of the Abakaliki rice Mill company but stated that within the short period he came on board, he procured over 150 sets of seats to the company to give a little comfort to their members.
The Chairman, however, noted that he was able to construct fifteen (15) dilapidated toilets, bathrooms, and convenient rooms for the customers in the mill in a way to complement the good effort of the state Governor who has kept Ebonyi state clean, adding that all the projects done by him will soon be commissioned
The rice Mill boss however maintained that his office was also able to bring in the police station to combat crime and reduce security challenges of the mill, noting that Abakaliki rice mill never had a security outpost in the history of the company.
He said his administration has gone far in removing touts popularly known as Elders which are the people responsible for making Abakaliki rice mill uncomfortable for the customers, stating that so many administration had come and gone but they could not remove them but he has also gone far in charging security apparatus for the betterment of there large customers across Nigeria.
The Rice Mill Boss further noted that his administration is planning to set up Abakaliki rice mill to be buying 24 hours with the help of state government in providing Sollar light.
