Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has said even his corpse cannot join the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
This was El-Rufai’s reaction to the claims by the spokesperson of PDP’s presidential campaign in 2023, David Bwala, where he stated that the former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) would soon dump the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mr Bwala had on his official Twitter handle expressed optimism that El-Rufai will be in the PDP even before the 2023 elections.
AFRIPOST recalls that the PDP campaign spokesperson was in the All Progressives Congress, APC, until recently when he dumped the party over the issue of Muslim/Muslim ticket.
But reacting, El-Rufai on his official Twitter page said: “Thanks @BwalaDaniel but no, thanks. Never ever, not even my corpse will be found in the vicinities of your new-found political party. I still dey laugh!!! – @elrufai”
