Nnamdi Kanu of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has lost yet another application to be granted bail.
An application entered by Kanu to be granted bail was thrown out by Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High Court.
The IPOB leader had asked the court to push aside the earlier order revoking his bail.
But Justice Nyako in her ruling on Tuesday argued against the application, saying that Kanu is yet to provide convincing reasons that will push the court to set aside its order.
Consequently, she dismissed the application, saying it was an abuse of court process.
