Peter Obi of the the Labour Party of Nigeria has temporarily announced Doyin Okupe as the running mate in a placeholder capacity.
This is to beat the Friday deadline set by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
This means that Okupe is temporarily standing in for the position as the party concludes on picking Obi’s running mate.
