Nigerian Air Force refused to attack terrorists who killed 32 people in Kaduna – Shenu Sani alleges

A former Kaduna Central District Senator, Shehu Sani, has expressed anger over the failure of the Nigerian Air Force to launch an attack on the terrorists that killed 32 persons in Kajuru, Kaduna State.

The terrorists reportedly attacked the area on a helicopter, killing over 30 people.

But the Kaduna State Government has since denied the allegation, saying the victims were killed by bandits who invaded the area on motorcycles.

It said that the much-talked-about helicopter belongs to the Nigerian Air Force, which arrived to engage the bandits.

But Sani, who also confirmed the killing, said the NAF helicopter did not carry out any attack on the bandits, as it left them to escape.

“I was on call with a Kajuru youth leader who confirmed the massacre of 32 people by terrorists in Kaduna.

“The reported helicopter may not have belonged to the terrorists, but it deliberately refused to take action against the terrorists when they were killing and burning down houses,” he said.
