The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC,Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN at his residence Thursday evening.
Osinbajo had competed against Tinubu in the just concluded APC congress which held in Abuja where he won other contestants including the vice president with a wide margin.
Tinubu, had in his acceptance speech commended the vice president for his commitment towards national development, particularly his support for President Muhammadu Buhari.
He, however, alleged that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was waiting in the corner for the destruction of the APC, stating that they already got a coffin for APC.
Tinubu’s visit to the V.P will now put to rest the speculation that the former Lagos state Governor still holds issues against Osinbajo.
Meanwhile, the Vice President has congratulated Tinubu on his victory at the ruling All Progressives Congress Presidential Primaries.
