The All Progressives Congress (APC) screening panel has disqualified 10 presidential aspirants, AFRIPOST has learnt.
Only 13 aspirants of the 23 aspirants were cleared by the screening panel headed by Chief John Oyegun.
APC holds its presidential primary from Monday, June 6.
The Oyegun-led committee is currently submitting its reports to the national chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu.
Confirming the development, Chairman APC Presidential Screening Committee, John Odigie Oyegun, said only thirteen aspirants out of the twenty three that appeared before the Committee were cleared.
26 aspirants had gone for the party’s screening. A few of them including the Rotimi Amaechi and Rochas Okorocha had earlier been dragged over corruption allegation.
Okorocha managed to go for his screening after he was granted bail.
