Unknown gunmen attack ABS, set building, vehicles ablaze in Onitsha

Anambra Broadcasting Service (ABS), Awada, Onitsha station has suffered attack by unknown gunmen who invaded the premises on Monday morning.

The gunmen burnt a building, a company bus, and a private vehicle parked on the premises belonging to a staff on duty.

It was gathered that the staff in the premises were brutalised and injured by the gunmen.

A staff who begged for anonymity said they were being interrogated by security agents over the attack.

He promised to give full detail of the attack on them by the gunmen, as he had worked all night and witnessed the attack.

Anambra Police Command is yet to confirm the incident as his phone could not be reached at the time of filing this report.
