One of the suspected killers of a member of the Anambra State House of Assembly representing Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s constituency, Okechukwu Okoye has been arrested.
The suspect, a member of a notorious gang was arrested today at Amichi in Nnewi South local government area of Anambra State.
Okoye was beheaded by some unknown gunmen.
The suspect identified as Nnahadi Michael, was arrested by special tactical teams.
Vanguard reported that his accomplice, a native doctor is still at large, but his shrine was destroyed.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr Tochukwu Ikenga, however, said the report has not been confirmed yet.
