The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Atanda Olayiwola Adeyemi has reportedly traveled to join his ancestors.
The monarch, according to report, died on Friday.
The Monarch reported to have died at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, late Friday has sincere been brought to Oyo in the early hours of Saturday.
One Lamide was 83 and had reigned for 52 years before his demise.
The Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde is yet to confirm the passing of the monarch.
