A special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters, Babafemi Ojudu,  has reiterated his rejection of Bola Ahmad Tinubu as Nigeria’s next president. He said he would go back to the business of farming if President Muhammadu Buhari endorses Tinubu, National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC as the party’s presidential candidate for 2023.

Ojudu said this during an interview with Chude Jideonwo.

Responding to the question on what he would do if President Buhari chooses Tinubu as his candidate, Ojudu said he would never be part of such a move because he does not believe in Tinubu and his leadership.

He said,, ”Never! I’ll never support it. Write it down. I’ll go back to the farm.

“If I don’t believe in you, I’ll not work with you or for you.”

Tinubu had earlier announced his decision to run for the 2023 presidential election after a consultation meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari. Tinubu had equally reiterated at different fora that the top job was his life-long ambition, hence he is more qualified than other aspirants.
