The All Progressives Congress, APC, candidate in Yala/ Ogoja Federal Constituency bye-election, Jude Ngaji, has emerged winner of the election.
The returning officer of the bye-election, Dr. Edor John Edor, while declaring the APC candidate, winner said that Jude Ngaji of the APC polled 22, 778 to defeat Hon Mike Usibe of the Peoples Democratic Party ,PDP , who garnered 20, 590.
