Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has fortified his legal team following the surprise appearance of constitutional lawyer and human rights activist, Chief Mike Ozekhome, SAN, in court on Tuesday morning as the Biafra agitator’s case resume.
Kanu is expected to put up a strong defense in the fresh terrorism charges brought against him by the Federal Government.
Ozekhome stormed the Federal High Court in company of Ifeanyi Ejiofor who had earlier been leading the team of lawyers for Kanu.
There is tension within the promises of the court considering the sensitive nature of the case, even as security has been beefed up at the Court premises and its environs to avert hoodlums and supporters taking advantage of the situation.
