Rapper BlaqBonez has appealed to his landlord to increase his rent.
A few days ago, Blaqbonez while sharing his blessings for 2021, recounted how he used to be a nuisance on the microblogging app but has risen to become an opening act for much-talked-about Wizkid’s show at the London O2 Arena.
He wrote: “Went from being a nuisance on Twitter to opening for Wizkid at the O2. 2021 is such a blessing.”
Still, in awe of his many blessings, the rapper signed to 100 Crowns, an imprint of Chocolate City coaxed his landlord to double his rent.
He said: “Yo! This is a quick message for my landlord. I feel like I’m winning too much to stay on the same rent. The same house just doubles the rent. Don’tgimme nothing.”
According to BlaqBonez, it is totally unfair to still be paying the same rent at this time of his life when he’s enjoying so many wins in his career.
He added: “I just don’t feel like it’s fair to be having all these wins and still paying the same motherfucking rent. Just double my rent.
“Don’t play with me, bro. I’m booked all December bro, double the rent.”
