The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 1,964 new cases of coronavirus in 23 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The health agency made the announcement on Thursday night via a report on it’s website.
According to NCDC, the total number of confirmed infection has jumped to 116,655 with 1,485 fatalities while no fewer than 116,655 patients have been successfully treated and discharged.
Lagos, the country’s COVID-19 epicenter, recorded 824 followed by FCT with 246 fresh cases.
