The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 56 new Coronavirus cases in 9 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The health agency made the announcement on Monday night via a post on its official Facebook page.
The development brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 66,439, with 1,168 deaths while 62,241 patients have been treated and discharged.
