Nigeria on Saturday recorded 250 fresh coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed infection in the country to 53,727.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC made the announcement on Saturday night via a post on it’s verified Facebook page.
The health agency said about 1,011 patients have died of the virus complication while 41,324 patients have been successfully treated and discharged from various isolation centres across the country.
