Nigeria on Friday recorded 340 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 51,304.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC made the confirmation on Friday night in a post on it’s verified social media handles.
According to the post, the country has also recorded 996 deaths as a result of the virus complications while 37,885 patients have been treated and discharged from various isolation centres.
